Voodoo in Paris invites applications for a 2-year Treasury apprenticeship. You will report to the head of treasury and rotate through operations, reporting, and risk management, gaining hands-on training across liquidity, forecasting, and banking relationships.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, IFRS 9 compliance, and collaboration with accounting and stakeholders. Fluency in French and English is required, with strong Excel skills.

• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily cash operations and liquidity across France and international affiliates using Kyriba TMS and electronic banking platforms.
• Provide accurate daily cash positions and reliable cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain relationships with banks, addressing day-to-day needs, KYC processes, and ad-hoc requests.
• Deliver comprehensive reports on the organization’s financial situation for senior management.
• Contribute to monthly closings by communicating with accounting for treasury operations.
• Collaborate to create dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

This is a 2‑year apprenticeship.

Role

As our Treasurer apprentice, you will report to the head of treasury.

Treasury Operations & Management

• Manage daily cash operations and liquidity across France and international affiliates using Kyriba TMS and electronic banking platforms.
• Provide accurate daily cash positions and reliable cash flow forecasts, leveraging automation and data‑driven insights.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks, addressing day‑to‑day needs, delegations, KYC processes, and ad‑hoc requests.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Deliver comprehensive reports on the organization’s financial situation, ensuring clarity and actionable insights for senior management.
• Contribute to monthly closings by accurately communicating with accounting for treasury-related operations, ensuring compliance with IFRS 9 standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and produce dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets for seamless reporting.

Risk Management

• Manage innovative financing strategies, ensuring compliance with debt covenants.
• Assist the head of treasury to report in Kyriba the foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate (IR) deals.

Profile

• Education: Enrolled in a Master's degree in finance / accounting (business school, engineering school, or university).
• Experience: no need to be a treasury expert, we’ll train you!
• Qualities: Pragmatic, rigorous, proactive, and eager to grow within a close‑knit team.
• Languages: Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to create robust reports.
