Voodoo in Paris is seeking a Corporate Finance Intern to join our Corporate team, supporting the Finance group with monthly reporting, financial analysis, and business partnering activities.

You will help with data extraction, reconciliation, dashboards for leadership, forecasting, cost control, and ad hoc analyses, while building strong Excel skills and a data-driven mindset. Fluent French and English are required, with BI tools experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Master's program in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling data.
• Data-driven mindset and comfort with numbers.
• Interest in AI applications in finance.
• Proactive, organized, capable of multitasking.
• Excellent communication in French and English.
• Previous finance/controlling or business analysis experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participate in monthly reporting: data extraction, reconciliation, data mapping and analysis of budget variances.
• Contribute to monthly performance analysis with a data-driven approach.
• Prepare monthly dashboards for the leadership team.
• Support the team's management control activities.
• Assist with forecasting and cost control, including tracking Purchase Order requests.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses based on business needs.
• Assist in budgeting and reforecasting processes.

• Assist in key financial planning processes such as budgeting and reforecasting

Profile

You're currently enrolled in a Master's degree specialized in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field

• You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• You are proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data

• You have a data-driven mindset and enjoy working with numbers

• You have an interest in AI and its applications in finance

• You are proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks

• You have excellent communication skills in both French and English

• Previous experience in finance, controlling or business analysis is a plus

• Familiarity with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
