Voodoo, acteur du jeu mobile basé à Paris, recherche un(e) Comptable Senior pour rejoindre l'équipe Finance. Vous gérez les comptes fournisseurs et clients, les entrées bancaires et les dépenses des employés, avec un rôle clé dans la clôture mensuelle et l'amélioration des procédures.

Idéalement Master en finance/comptabilité, expérience en cabinet ou startup en croissance, maîtrise des règles comptables françaises et anglais opérationnel. SAP by Design et Excel appréciés.

Qualifications

• Diplôme Master en finance / comptabilité, école de commerce ou université.
• Expérience dans un cabinet reconnu ou en startup en forte croissance.
• Rigueur, proactivité et esprit d'équipe avec organisation et souci du détail.
• Maîtrise des règles comptables françaises et anglais opérationnel.

Responsabilités

• Suivre les rapprochements bancaires et les écritures associées.
• Gérer les comptes fournisseurs et clients (factures, paiements et suivi).
• Garantir la fiabilité des charges comptables et analytiques des factures fournisseurs.
• Suivre les pièces justificatives pour achats et cartes Spendesk.
• Suivre l'administration du département (fichiers fournisseurs, archivage).
• Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations des méthodes de travail.
• Contribuer au bon fonctionnement de l'équipe et partager les connaissances.
• Gestion des notes de frais et voyages: vérifier les notes et la conformité fiscale.

Role

Within the Finance Team, reporting to the Head of Accounting, Consolidation and Tax, you will manage supplier and customer accounts, bank assignments, and employee expense & travel management. A strong involvement is expected during the monthly closing process.

Your Missions

• Monitor bank reconciliation statements and bank assignments
• Guarantee the handling of customer and supplier accounts with the entry of invoices, payments and their follow‑up
• Guarantee the reliability of the accounting and analytical charges of supplier invoices
• Monitor and follow up on supporting documents for Procurement and Spendesk cards
• Ensure the administrative follow‑up of the accounting department (handling of supplier files, archiving, etc.)
• Propose improvements to working methods and help implement them
• Contribute to the proper functioning of the team, particularly by sharing knowledge and maintaining good working relationships
• Employee Expense & Travel Management: review and validate employee expense reports, business travel expenses, team events, and commitment of reimbursable costs, ensuring strict adherence to the company’s internal policy and current tax regulations

Profile

• Education: Master’s degree in finance / accounting (business school, engineering school, or university)
• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a top accounting firm or in a fast‑growing start‑up/scale‑up environment
• Qualities: pragmatic, rigorous, proactive, and eager to grow within a close‑knit team
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
• Mastery of the French accounting rules
• Comfortable with the Office suite, including Excel, accounting software – SAP by Design is a plus
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
• Accountable, adaptable, and clear communicator
