Voodoo is seeking its first Talent Sourcer to fuel the Growth team's hiring across Gaming and Consumer Apps. You will identify, engage, and build strong relationships with top passive talent for a wide range of profiles from Marketing to Developers.

You will design proactive sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, crafting personalized outreach and building lasting talent pools while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a research-intensive role in a fast-paced tech or gaming environment.
Ability to craft outreach messages that elicit replies and reflect Voodoo's culture and ambitions.
Proficient with modern sourcing tools and AI and always looking for what's next.

The main focus of the team is to understand how the business strategy will impact our hiring plan, and provide support to find and attract our new talents.

You will work hand in hand with our Growth team, which is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).

You will be working on highly scalable mobile games, played by millions of people. You will be part of a small and high-performing team and will have the opportunity to grow your skills by hiring A-Players all around the world.

Role

Join us as Voodoo's very first Talent Sourcer, embedded in the Growth BU (for both Gaming and Consumer Applications). In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building strong relationships with top passive talent to fuel the Growth team's hiring across a wide range of profiles - from Marketing specialist, Artist, Developers, etc.

Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies tailored to each role, going far beyond LinkedIn Recruiter - think communities, newsletters, events, niche forums, conference speaker lists, and creative outreach
Write sharp, personalized, and compelling outreach messages that spark genuine interest and reflect Voodoo's culture and ambitions
Build and maintain active talent pools and pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a strong focus on nurturing long-term relationships
Conduct in-depth market mapping to understand talent landscapes, track competitor moves, and identify where the best profiles are and how to reach them
Balance volume and quality: manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for candidate relevance and experience
Leverage AI tools and automation (e.g. Claude, ATS) to enhance sourcing efficiency, personalize outreach at scale, and track performance
Track and analyze sourcing metrics and iterate on your sourcing strategy
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team culture and what makes a profile truly stand out - Conducting screening calls might also be a possibility
Continuously benchmark sourcing practices and bring fresh, outside-the-box ideas to attract hard-to-reach talent

Profile

Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a research-intensive role — ideally in a fast-paced tech or gaming environment
Resourceful and creative: you think beyond LinkedIn and know how to find talent where others don't look
Strong written communication skills — you craft outreach messages that people actually want to reply to
Proficient with modern sourcing tools and AI and always looking for what's next
Strategic thinker: you build and nurture pipelines proactively, not just reactively
Data-driven and organized, with the ability to juggle volume and quality across multiple searches at once
Collaborative and curious, with a genuine interest in understanding talent markets and staying ahead of trends
