Qualifications

• 3+ years as Travel Consultant with air/rail/hotel bookings.
• 3+ years using GDS systems (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo).
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication skills.
• Experience in contact center or customer-facing roles.
• Proficient with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack and Salesforce.
• Flexible to rotating shifts; hybrid work in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier travel support via chat, calls, and emails.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on suppliers, destinations, and systems.
• Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences.
• Handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings accurately.
• Guide customers to self-service options on Navan platform and app.
• Respond promptly to meet SLA expectations.
• Follow policies and ensure global compliance.
• Provide feedback to stakeholders on progress and processes.
• Participate in team meetings on products and industry updates.
• Stay current on travel industry best practices.
