Cozycozy is seeking an experienced AI Product Builder to design, launch, and scale AI-powered travel experiences in Paris. You will bridge product thinking, conversational UX, and prompt engineering to deliver real user value.

Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to define AI features that boost user satisfaction and business performance. You will own prompts, evaluation, and model selection, while ensuring scalable, cost-efficient delivery and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or related AI roles.
• Proven experience launching AI products powered by LLMs in production.
• Strong knowledge of modern LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
• Experience with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to define success metrics and measure AI quality.
• Strong analytical and experimentation mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
