Job summary

Photoroom in Paris is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own and evolve the AI platform that powers all products. You will shape the primitives, gateway, and no-code tooling, enabling teams to ship AI features with minimal code and autonomy.

You’ll lead with researchers and engineers to convert model capabilities into shipped features that scale usage and revenue. You will work in a hybrid Paris environment, collaborating with engineers, ML researchers, and product teams to decide what to build,

Qualifications

10+ years in product management delivering business outcomes.
Built developer-facing platforms or APIs.
Experience shipping agentic or model-backed features.
Familiar with GenAI tools and evals.
Strong data interpretation and decision making.
Comfort in remote, async-first environments.

Responsibilities

Own the platform every AI feature runs through and expand the gateway.
Build the agentic layer and MCP for multi-step flows at scale.
Define problems clearly and partner with engineers/research to ship effortless work.
Treat other teams as customers and prioritize across feature roadmaps.
Turn AI capabilities into products and reusable primitives for teams.
Use data to guide decisions, pull and interpret metrics to form a POV.
