Cozycozy is seeking an experienced AI Product Builder to design, launch, and scale AI-powered travel experiences. You will translate AI capabilities into real user value by bridging product thinking, conversational UX, prompt engineering, evaluation, and technical implementation.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to deliver AI features that improve user experience and business performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or AI Product roles.
• Launched AI products powered by LLMs in production.
• Strong understanding of modern LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral).

Responsabilités

• Define AI opportunities across the traveler journey and establish success metrics.
• Design conversational flows and prompting strategies for AI experiences.
• Develop, test, and optimize prompts; evaluate model outputs for quality.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, cost-efficient AI features.
• Define analytics, monitor impact, and run A/B tests to measure business impact.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Builder to help us design, launch, and scale AI-powered travel experiences. You will be responsible for transforming AI capabilities into real user value. We are looking for someone who has already built and launched AI products powered by LLMs and can bridge product thinking, conversational UX, prompt engineering, evaluation, and technical implementation.

You will work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to define and deliver AI features that improve user experience and business performance.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Discovery

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across the traveler journey
• Define use cases, hypotheses, and success metrics
• Prioritize AI initiatives based on user value and business impact
• Translate business problems into AI-powered product solutions

Conversational & AI Experience Design

• Design conversational flows and user journeys
• Define prompting strategies and system behaviors
• Improve recommendation quality and user satisfaction
• Collaborate with Product Designers to create intuitive AI experiences

LLM Development & Optimization

• Build and iterate prompts
• Define evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies
• Analyze model outputs and continuously improve quality
• Experiment with different models, architectures, and approaches

Delivery & Execution

• Partner with engineers to implement solutions
• Define analytics and monitoring strategies
• Measure impact through experimentation and A/B testing
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency

About you

Must-Have

• 5+ years in Product Management, AI Product Management, Applied AI, or related roles
• Proven experience launching AI products powered by LLMs in production
• Strong understanding of modern LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, etc.)
• Experience with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
• Ability to define success metrics and measure AI quality
• Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in Travel, Marketplace, Search, Recommendation Systems, or Consumer Products
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent architectures
• Basic coding skills (Python, SQL, JavaScript)
• Experience working in fast-growing startups or scale-ups
