Job summary

Danone offers an internship at its headquarters in Rueil-Malmaison starting January 2027, within the Transformation, Governance & Chapters team of IT & Data Supporting Functions. You will help build a shared operating system, enable cross-functional alignment, and drive transparency across functions.

The role focuses on governance support, data insights, and communication materials to engage stakeholders and drive change across Product Teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field, starting Jan 2027, for 6 months.
• Organised, analytical and proactive with strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Fluent in English; French not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support governance forums, leadership reviews and cross-functional alignment workshops.
• Analyze operational, portfolio, financial and performance data for decision-support materials.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives, change management activities and communication plans.
• Help maintain capability and capacity visibility across Supporting Functions Chapters.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to simplify ways of working and improve decision-making.
• Create content, presentations and dashboards to communicate priorities and progress.

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE

This internship will take place at our headquarters based in Rueil Malmaison starting in January 2027.

You will join the Transformation, Governance & Chapters (TGC) team within IT & Data Supporting Functions, reporting to Diana RYTIK, Senior Transformation and Governance manager.

You will contribute to building and continuously improving the shared operating system that enables Supporting Functions teams to focus on creating value instead of spending time on coordination and administrative complexity. You will also help drive transparency, communication and engagement across Supporting Functions by making priorities, progress and key initiatives visible to stakeholders. Your key missions will include:

• Support the preparation and facilitation of governance forums, leadership reviews and cross-functional alignment workshops.

• Analyze operational, portfolio, financial and performance data to create clear insights and decision-support materials for stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development of transformation initiatives, change management activities and communication plans supporting product-centric ways of working.

• Help maintain capability, skills and capacity visibility across Supporting Functions Chapters, supporting workforce planning and capability development initiatives.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at simplifying ways of working, increasing transparency and improving decision‑making across Supporting Functions.

• Support communication and engagement activities by creating content, presentations, dashboards and storytelling materials that increase visibility of priorities, achievements and transformation initiatives across Supporting Functions and Product Teams.

As a shared resource within the TGC team, you will have the opportunity to work across Transformation, Governance and Chapters initiatives, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and supporting priorities that span the entire Supporting Functions organization.

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months

• Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Organizational Transformation or equivalent

• Organized, analytical and proactive

• Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus

• Interested in organizational effectiveness, governance, transformation and continuous improvement

• Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and tailor messages to different audiences.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with the ability to prepare executive presentations and communicate effectively in an international environment.

• French is not mandatory.

• Enjoys collaborating with diverse teams and working in an international environment
