Murex is seeking a client services consultant to support and deliver services on the MX.3 platform in client environments, focusing on maintenance, upgrades and implementation projects.

You will work with trading product experts, participate in workshops, and assist with training and on-site client support while developing a deep domain knowledge of our platform.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master; first experience is appreciated.
• SQL and Unix knowledge.
• Python and C++ knowledge are a plus.
• Fluent in English; strong client-facing skills.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Provide client support and delivery services on MX.3 platform according to Murex standards.
• Contribute to upgrade, migration or implementation projects as a stream member and participate in client workshops.
• Manage defect corrections and product enhancements.
• Conduct trainings, internal to Murex or to clients.
• Provide on-site client assistance and start acting as a Support Coordinator.

Team & Context

The client services team is firstly responsible for the smooth, timely and cost-effective implementation of our platform in the client’s environment. Following the client go-live, the client services team develops and implements an appropriate upgrade and support strategy. Client services EMEA Trading team is responsible of providing expertise to the client and support him on MX.3 platform in the maintenance phase, new implementation and extension phases. The team is also coordinating with Trading product experts to raise the client concerns, align on the recommendations and share the new areas of enhancement.

Your missions/What you'll do?

The consultant provides support and delivery services to our clients on her/his expertise domain according to Murex standards (quality and effort).

Main activities to be performed

• Provide support services to the clients : follow-up and solving of open cases
• Contribute to the build phases of upgrade, migration or implementation projects as a stream member and participate to the client workshops when needed
• Manage defect correction and product enhancement
• Conduct trainings, internal to Murex or to clients
• Contribute to client assistance on-site
• Start acting as Support Coordinator with guidance
• Provide internal assistance to more senior profiles for demo / pre-sales preparation
• Work on an internal product evolution stream

Your profile/Who you are?

• Engineering degree or Master, first experience is appreciated
• Financial Engineering knowledge is a plus
• SQL and Unix.
• Python, C++ is a plus.
• Client-facing skills and fluent in English.
• Strong analysis skills.
• Ability to take initiatives and work in autonomy.
• Good communication skills and interactions with others.
