You will contribute to the implementation and ongoing support of the Murex platform for banks and financial institutions, with emphasis on data, transactions and reporting interfaces.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science and/or market finance.
• Solid problem solving skills demonstrated during assessments.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of distributed architectures and databases (SQL).
• Experience with scripting and object‑oriented programming languages.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and functional service to clients for Murex system integration (data, transactions, reports interfacing).
• Support clients in implementing Murex within their ecosystem and participate in BAU and project support (email, CRM portal, calls, on‑site visits).
• Manage client service calls in line with internal lifecycle, including testing for functional changes.
• Participate in system version upgrades and perform upgrades with regression testing.
• Deliver trainings and manage personal deliverables and progress.

Team And Context

The client services team is firstly responsible for the smooth, timely and cost-effective implementation of our platform in the client’s environment.

Following the client go‑live, the client services team develops and implements an appropriate upgrade and support strategy.

Your Missions

In the context of implementation or support projects, you will provide to our clients a technical and functional service linked to integration Murex system (data, transactions, reports interfacing…) as well as a technical expertise based on Murex and third‑party softwares (middleware, JMS, databases, connectors…)

In Your Day To Day You Will

• Support clients in implementing Murex within their ecosystem and take part in the business as usual and project support (follow‑up of client open cases through email, CRM portal, phone calls and on‑site visits…)
• Manage clients’ service calls in compliance with internal lifecycle including testing in case of functional changes initiated
• Participate in system version upgrades then perform upgrades and run the required regression testing
• Animate trainings
• Develop an understanding of ongoing activities and manage your own deliverables/progress

Your Profile

• Graduated from a Master degree (Engineering school or a university) in computer science and/or market finance with a first experience
• Marked test for problem solving
• English (spoken and written)
• Solid technical baggage and familiar with distributed architectures, databases (SQL) and one or several programming languages (scripting, object‑oriented)
• Interpersonal skills: ability to mobilise and convince
• Flexibility and ability to manage stressful and pressure situations (production phase, client priorities)
• Dynamism, rigor, team spirit
• Open to travel
