AIZEN RECRUITMENT is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead a strategic partnership with a major French retailer and drive growth for both private-label and proprietary chocolate brands. You will manage the client relationship, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align launches and promotions.
Fluency in French and English is required, with at least two years in retail and a strong KAM background.
The Key Account Manager will manage a strategic partnership with a major retailer in France (confidential agreement) and contribute to the development of new customer opportunities. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and ensuring the success of both private-label and proprietary chocolate brands.
Key Account Management: Lead the commercial relationship with a major French retailer to ensure the performance of the brand portfolio. Implement strategies for merchandising, promotional campaigns, and sales growth.
New Client Prospecting: Identify and establish new distribution channels, including gas stations, cinemas, and specialty retailers, to maximize market presence and sales opportunities.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, provide detailed reporting to management, and adapt strategies as needed.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align launch plans, promotional activities, and client engagement strategies.
Private Label Management: Collaborate with retailers to develop and manage private-label chocolate products, ensuring quality and alignment with market trends.
Experience: At least 2 years in retail, with a strong background in key account management. Experience in chocolate, confectionery, or private-label product management is highly valued.

Languages: Fluent French (native) and English (fluent) are mandatory.
