Job summary

AS 24, a subsidiary of TotalEnergies, is recruiting a Sales Representative to manage the South-East region. You will develop and manage a portfolio of existing customers and prospects, implement prospecting and retention initiatives, and contribute to achieving AS 24's commercial objectives across energy and mobility markets.

This position requires a strong field presence to strengthen customer relationships while expanding the customer portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in Business, Sales or Commercial Management.
• 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic and solution‑oriented, proactive and well‑organized.
• English proficiency would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and hold a Category B license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement actions to acquire new customers and strengthen relationships within the territory.
• Negotiate product and service pricing while following company policies.
• Monitor sales performance and drive growth, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Conduct competitive market intelligence on energy and mobility service markets.
• Contribute to network expansion by identifying potential locations for future service stations.
• Manage commercial activities through Microsoft Dynamics CRM and keep customer data up to date.
• Monitor payment terms and coordinate with headquarters and regional teams.
• Share information with international subsidiaries to promote collaboration.
• Maintain safety and compliance with HSEQ policies while traveling in the territory.
