In this context, we are recruiting a Sales Representative to manage the South-East Île-de-France area, covering the following departments: 78, 28, 91, 77, 89, 10, 58 and 21.
Please note that, for the duration of the assignment, the Sales Representative will be required to reside in one of the departments within their assigned territory.
Reporting to the France Sales Director, the Sales Representative is responsible for developing and managing commercial activities within their territory. In this role, they will manage a portfolio of existing customers and prospects, implement prospecting and customer retention actions, and contribute to achieving AS 24's commercial objectives across the energy and mobility markets.
This position requires a strong field presence to maintain and strengthen customer relationships while continuing to develop the customer portfolio.
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3 equivalent) in Business, Sales, or Commercial Management, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience, ideally gained within a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
Dynamic and solution-oriented, demonstrating initiative, responsiveness, and proactivity.
Well-organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing priorities, analyzing situations, and making sound decisions in a fast-changing environment.
Curious and adaptable, with the ability to quickly embrace new products, market developments, and business transformation challenges.
Autonomous while maintaining a strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset focused on collective success.
Professional proficiency in English would be an advantage (Bright score 3.5), allowing you to thrive in an international environment and support your long-term career development within the Company.
A valid Category B driving licence is required, as the role involves regular travel within the assigned area.
