Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Territory Manager II – Restorative Therapies to consult with healthcare professionals and patients, delivering clinical and technical information to achieve sales goals. You will operate within company policies, maintain product knowledge, and train customers in proper product use.

The role requires strong communication, 3–5 years of sales experience in biotech or related fields, and proficient CRM and office software skills.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience (delivering against a quota) preferably in biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device or related industry.
• Non sales individuals with relevant clinical experience in Active Healing Therapies Territory Manager points, with 2+ years of clinical office-based or OR experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including CRM system, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan to achieve sales quota for assigned products.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes.
• Identify opportunities within integrated delivery network systems and large physician practices.
• Conduct clinical in-service training programs with customers adhering to compliance protocols.
• Educate healthcare providers on the proper use of the prescribed product.
• Assist with market research, surveys, and competitive analysis.
• Maintain inventory and sample control in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Complete daily CRM entries and manage expenses.
• Adhere to Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics and internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned
