Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished medical devices field sales professional to drive revenue and market share in the Southeast France region, focusing on gynecology, urology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, spine and thoracic surgery.

You will prospect new customers, train operating room teams, lead tenders, and align with hospital management to promote innovative products while building long-term relationships with surgeons, pharmacists, procurement teams and group purchasing networks.

Qualifications

Commercial and/or technical education required.
Proven experience selling medical devices or operating-room equipment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade senior stakeholders.
Hunter mentality with strong results orientation.
Autonomy, organizational skills and a strategic mindset.

Responsabilités

Develop revenue and market share across your territory.
Actively prospect new customers and retain your existing portfolio.
Promote solutions to surgeons, pharmacists, procurement teams and hospital management.
Implement the company’s commercial strategy in the field.
Lead and respond to tenders, highlighting agreements with group purchasing organizations and purchasing centers.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to operating room teams.
Develop and manage centers of excellence within your region.
Contribute to the successful launch of new, innovative products.
Identify growth opportunities and structure your commercial action plan.
Provide regular reporting on your activities and performance.
