Forklifts Group is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to grow our West Coast presence in Sacramento, CA. You will identify prospects, develop business relationships, and present Forklifts Group material handling solutions, focusing on parts, service, and rental.

Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, generating leads, and coordinating with service/rental teams to ensure outstanding customer service. Proficiency with ERP and CRM is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Ability to generate leads and develop sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Arranges appointments with customers including pre-arranged or cold calls.
• Generates leads and networks to acquire new business.
• Demonstrates solutions with a consultative approach to customer needs.
• Collaborates with internal teams to develop cross-selling strategies.
• Maintains communication with Service and Rental Departments to resolve issues.
• Processes sales orders in ERP for part purchases.
• Logs interactions in CRM and follows up after sale.
