Job summary

Eneria, spécialiste des solutions de motorisation Caterpillar, recherche un technicien d’atelier pour intervenir sur des équipements destinés aux secteurs maritime et ferroviaire afin d’assurer diagnostics, réparations et maintenance.

Vous réaliserez des essais fonctionnels, analytiques et des calibrations, tiendrez les documents opérationnels, et reporterez quotidiennement l’avancement des interventions tout en respectant les règles HSE.

Qualifications

• Diplôme ou expérience pertinente en maintenance mécanique ou électrique.
• Connaissances en diagnostics et maintenance préventive.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et de documentation technique.
• Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de communication.

Responsibilities

• Réaliser les diagnostics et réparations des équipements selon les procédures.
• Effectuer des essais fonctionnels et des tests de performance avant et après intervention.
• Réaliser les maintenances préventives et correctives selon les plans.
• Paramétrer et calibrer le matériel selon l’application client.
• Documenter les interventions et les heures travaillées dans les outils dédiés.
• Reporter quotidiennement l’avancement des activités à la hiérarchie.

Job Description Summary JOB PURPOSE

Based on the activities assigned by his/her superiors, the workshop technician carries out workshop work on equipment (analyses, in-depth diagnostics, repairs). He/she is a technical reference.

Job Description SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES

• Carry out functional and performance tests on equipment before and after intervention
• Carry out in-depth diagnostics, in collaboration with technical assistance
• Carry out repairs based on technical documentation
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (overhauls, etc.) based on maintenance plans and operating procedures
• Parameterize and calibrate hardware based on customer application
• Understand and use technical documentation (manuals, data sheets, etc.)
• Complete the various business documents and tools relating to operations (reports, hours worked, logbooks, etc.)
• Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.)

• Ensure quality of work

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE

Diploma(s) and/or experience(s)

Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 level in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering or 5 years' significant experience preferred.
