Kraken is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead Octopus Energy France relationships, bridging delivery, technology and customer success.

Based in Paris, you will work with French client delivery leads, TAMs and partners, translating client needs into action and guiding architectural decisions. This high-visibility role requires hands-on technical expertise and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted technical advisor to OEFR's senior stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance to connect OEFR's ecosystem with Kraken's platform.
• Triage and manage technical incidents with support and engineering teams.
• Align Kraken and OEFR roadmaps; feed actionable insight to product and engineering.
• Manage co-development efforts and joint technical initiatives.
