Doctolib in Paris, France is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the AI Lab to scale a European clinical AI research initiative from inside an early-stage lab.

You will be the operational backbone, shaping the Lab's processes, interfaces, and infra, coordinating researchers, data scientists, and product teams across Europe.

The role blends research and product delivery in a product company at scale, with real patients and clinicians on the other side of every decision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in programme management, research operations, or similar high-complexity roles.
• Ability to design and run processes from scratch across multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Clear written and spoken communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own the operating model for the AI Lab, including processes, roadmaps, docs, and cadence.
• Connect research and product by coordinating collaborations and workshops.
• Filter and triage inbound partnership proposals and internal requests.
• Track dependencies and drive blockers to closure with data access, compute, contracts, and admin teams.
• Manage hiring logistics with Talent Acquisition and maintain candidate communications.
• Map the ecosystem, identify partnerships, and lead data challenges end-to-end.
• Communicate Lab outputs, health, and risks to the company with precision.
