Doctolib is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join the DS & AI organization in Paris. This role involves leading cross-team technical initiatives, influencing ML architecture decisions, and ensuring the adoption of rigorous evaluation frameworks across AI teams.

The candidate should have over 10 years of experience in ML/AI, with a PhD in a related field, and expertise in Python and deployment in AWS/GCP. The position offers a hybrid work mode and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ML/AI with 3+ years at Staff+ or Principal level leading complex, multi-team technical initiatives.
• Deep expertise in clinical NLP, LLM fine-tuning and evaluation, ASR, RAG systems, or reinforcement learning.
• Expert in Python and deploying ML systems in production.

Responsabilités

• Own cross-team ML architecture decisions.
• Define and drive adoption of rigorous evaluation frameworks.
• Lead the technical design of agentic solutions.
