Doctolib invites researchers to join Doctolab, its Clinical AI Research Lab, to build calibrated, clinically reliable health models learned from large-scale data. You will publish and ship models that reach doctors and patients, contributing to Europe’s leading health tech ecosystem with impactful use in care.

We value researchers who can explain the significance of questions, collaborate with data science and product teams, and influence the lab's agenda.

Qualifications

• PhD in machine learning, statistics, computer science, or a related field or a Master's degree with substantial research experience.
• Expertise in representation learning, self-supervised methods, LLMs, or multimodal modeling is a plus.
• Strong track record of publishing in top ML or health informatics venues.

Responsabilités

• Build world models of patient health and how health states evolve over time using observational data.
• Design evaluation methods for calibration, robustness, interpretability, and privacy, including out-of-distribution generalization.
