Job summary

Legora in Paris is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technical implementations of our AI-native platform, becoming the primary technical contact and ensuring smooth live deployment and scale.

You'll coordinate with Sales, Engineering and Customer Success, configure environments (SSO, DMS integrations such as iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments) and provide post-rollout support while shaping future improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical delivery/implementation in a customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with SSO and enterprise integrations (DMS, APIs).
• Excellent project management with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder across teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• French language proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects from kickoff through go-live with documentation and rollout plans.
• Be the dedicated technical contact during implementation and early adoption with updates.
• Configure and support customer environments including SSO, DMS integrations, and APIs.
• Provide post-rollout technical support for enterprise clients and resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to align requirements.
• Deliver technical training and share insights to improve future implementations.
