The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery consultant to lead AI-enabled product delivery across Discovery through to production. You will translate business priorities into scalable technical architectures and collaborate with product managers, data, cloud and software teams.

You will contribute hands-on engineering, design governance, and practical MLOps practices to ensure secure, scalable and observable solutions in a hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in technical delivery of digital or AI-enabled products.
• Hands-on technical background with architecture, delivery leadership and governance.
• Experience with GenAI/LLM-enabled applications and enterprise integration.

Mission and scope of services

We are seeking an independent Technical Delivery consultant to provide senior technical expertise across the design, implementation and evolution of AI-enabled products and shared technology capabilities.

Working alongside product managers, business experts and technical teams, you will contribute to translating business priorities into robust technical solutions while supporting delivery across AI, Digital and Data workstreams. You will combine modern AI engineering knowledge with enterprise architecture, product delivery and solution design expertise, contributing hands‑on throughout the delivery lifecycle—from Discovery and Feasibility through implementation, release and operational readiness.

Your responsibilities will include:

Technical strategy and solution design

• Develop technical solution approaches for AI-enabled products aligned with business objectives, requirements and conceptual product designs.
• Contribute to Discovery, Feasibility and Planning activities by assessing technical feasibility, architecture options, delivery considerations and implementation approaches.
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Recommend solution patterns, reusable capabilities and technology approaches across AI, Digital and Data domains.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps supporting both product initiatives and shared platform evolution.
• Provide recommendations regarding technical risks, dependencies, trade-offs and implementation sequencing.

AI product architecture and delivery

• Lead detailed technical and architectural design activities during the Design phase of product delivery.
• Contribute to architecture decisions covering AI services, application architecture, integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Support implementation of AI-enabled solutions throughout development, testing and release activities.
• Facilitate technical coordination across AI, Digital and Data delivery streams.
• Contribute to solution quality by reviewing technical designs, implementation approaches and architecture consistency.
• Support Release Readiness activities, including technical validation, security considerations and operational readiness.
• Contribute to operational handover and technical documentation required for sustainable product operation.

AI platform and shared technology capabilities

• Contribute to the evolution of ICC's AI and Data Platform and shared digital capabilities.
• Design reusable technical components, integration patterns and platform services supporting multiple AI products.
• Recommend approaches for enterprise integration, API management and interoperability.
• Support technical governance, architecture standards and platform consistency across initiatives.
• Contribute to data architecture, metadata, security and platform scalability considerations.
• Advise on adoption of emerging AI technologies where appropriate.

AI engineering and technical excellence

• Contribute hands‑on technical expertise during implementation of AI-enabled solutions.
• Design AI solution architectures incorporating large language models, retrieval systems, AI agents and orchestration frameworks where appropriate.
• Recommend approaches for AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, testing and quality assurance.
• Support implementation of modern engineering practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Review technical implementation quality and recommend improvements to architecture, performance, maintainability and security.
• Contribute to technical proof‑of‑concepts and experimentation with emerging AI capabilities.

Stakeholder collaboration and technical advisory

• Collaborate with product managers and other business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions support business priorities and product objectives.
• Facilitate technical discussions with business, operational and technology stakeholders.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business-oriented recommendations.
• Prepare technical analyses, architecture options and decision materials supporting governance forums.
• Contribute specialist expertise during vendor discussions, technical evaluations and solution reviews.
• Support identification and mitigation of technical delivery risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Your profile

• 8 to 12+ years of experience, including:
• Leading technical design and implementation of complex digital or AI-enabled products;
• Solution architecture and technical delivery in enterprise environments;
• Modern AI engineering, including practical experience delivering GenAI or LLM-enabled applications;
• Experience working across product management, software engineering, data and cloud teams;
• Strong hands‑on technical background with ability to challenge implementation approaches while remaining delivery‑oriented;
• Experience contributing across the full product lifecycle from Discovery through deployment and operational readiness;
• Experience working within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments;
• Exposure to legal, financial, regulated or other high‑trust sectors is considered an advantage.
