ICC International Headquarters, Paris, is seeking an independent Cybersecurity Consultant to design, implement and continuously improve cybersecurity for AI, data and digital initiatives. You will work with the Cybersecurity and Data Manager, delivering hands-on security across cloud, identity, threat detection and security operations in a hybrid/remote environment.

The role focuses on secure architecture, security operations, governance, risk and compliance, and AI security for enterprise

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity, cloud security or security engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft security tools including Defender, Sentinel and Entra ID.
• Experience designing secure cloud-based enterprise solutions and security operations.
• Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and collaborate across teams.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled solutions or cloud-native architectures is a plus.

Mission and scope of services

We are seeking an independent Cybersecurity Consultant to contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity capabilities supporting its AI, data and digital initiatives.

Working closely with our Cybersecurity and Data Manager, broader technical teams and business stakeholders, you will provide hands‑on expertise across cloud security, identity, threat detection, security operations and AI security, helping ensure that enterprise platforms and AI‑enabled solutions are secure, resilient and compliant by design.

Your responsibilities will include:

Secure architecture and technology enablement

• Contribute security expertise throughout the design and implementation of digital, AI and data solutions.
• Review solution architectures and recommend appropriate security controls and mitigation measures.
• Support implementation of secure cloud architectures, encryption strategies, identity management and key management services.
• Contribute to the secure integration of AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Recommend security‑by‑design practices across applications, infrastructure and AI solutions.

Security operations and cyber defence

• Support security monitoring, detection and incident response activities.
• Contribute to implementation and optimisation of Microsoft security technologies, including Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Develop automation supporting security operations and detection engineering.
• Perform threat hunting, vulnerability assessments and security investigations.
• Support implementation of Zero Trust principles and enterprise security best practices.

Governance, risk and compliance

• Contribute to cybersecurity governance and risk assessments across digital initiatives.
• Support implementation of security controls aligned with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify security risks, technical dependencies and remediation opportunities.
• Contribute to security documentation, architecture reviews and technical assessments.
• Support awareness of cybersecurity practices across project teams.

AI security and emerging technologies

• Contribute to security assessments of AI-enabled applications and large language model solutions.
• Recommend controls addressing emerging AI security risks, including prompt injection, data poisoning and model misuse.
• Support implementation of AI security monitoring, testing and evaluation practices.
• Contribute to experimentation with automation and AI capabilities supporting cybersecurity operations.

Your profile

• 5 to 8+ years of experience, including:
• Enterprise cybersecurity, cloud security or security engineering;
• Microsoft security ecosystem, including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel and Entra ID;
• Secure design and implementation of cloud‑based enterprise solutions;
• Security operations, vulnerability management and incident response;
• Working within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments;

Experience supporting AI‑enabled solutions or cloud‑native architectures is considered an advantage.
