Pernod Ricard España S.A. is offering a six-month Tech Master Data Management (MDM) Portfolio Intern- ship in Paris, starting January 2027.

Based at the Island, our central Paris office, the role supports change management around the MDM tool and helps end-users understand and adopt the new system. You will work with technical and functional experts on cross-functional initiatives, build change strategies with international stakeholders, and participate in end-user training and adoption efforts,

Qualifications

• Appetence in Product Adoption, Change Management and end-user support.
• Experience with design tools to produce intuitive support interfaces.
• Able to work in international and complex contexts.
• Interest in data topics.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with tech and functional experts to execute cross-functional initiatives such as change upskilling programs.
• Help build the change strategy for the tool implementation with international stakeholders.
• Participate in animation and training of end-user community.
• Analyze and propose enhancements for the platform.
• Support end-users in platform adoption and usage.
• Produce project status reports to measure platform adoption.
• Engage with stakeholders and users across 80+ countries in an international setting.
