Pernod Ricard, a global leader in wines and spirits, seeks a Tech MDM Portfolio Intern for 6 months in Paris. Based at The Island, the central Paris office, you will support the MDM change management strategy and drive user adoption across diverse teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional experts, train end-users, and develop enhancements for the MDM tool while engaging with stakeholders from over 80 countries. The internship offers hybrid work options and a range of learning benefits.

Qualifications

• Appetence in Product Adoption, Change Management and end-user support.
• Familiar with design tools to create intuitive, visually appealing support.
• Comfortable in an international, complex context.
• Genuine interest in data topics.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with tech and functional experts on cross-functional change initiatives.
• Help build the change strategy for the tool implementation with international stakeholders.
• Assist in training end-users and animating the user community.
• Analyse and propose platform enhancements.
• Support end-users in platform adoption.
• Produce project status reports to measure adoption.
• Work in an international setting with stakeholders across 80 countries.
