Pernod Ricard is seeking a Digital Engagement Intern for 6 months (January–June 2027) at our central Paris office. You will support the Content & Communications team in digital content creation, social media orchestration, and cross-market digital initiatives, while exploring innovative technologies to enhance the Brand’s presence.

You will coordinate briefs, manage content uploads, participate in tool management, and help develop digital guidelines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree with specialization in digital or creativity.
• Experience in a digital, creative environment or luxury is preferred.
• Fluent English is required.
• Excellent command of WordPress, Google Analytics and Sprinklr or equivalent; Facebook Business Manager and Photoshop are a plus.
• Strong interest in social media, Web, CRM and new technologies.

Responsabilités

• Create and update project reporting and presentations (Media reports, Social Media audits).
• Support digital content production (coordinating briefs, uploading content, gathering needs).
• Contribute to social media tools management.
• Assist with monthly presentations to key markets.
• Contribute to digital toolkit/guidelines development.
• Support updating brand digital platforms and tools (CMS/BackOffice tasks).
• Support search and implementation of new technologies for the Brand.
• Benchmark competitors and new digital platforms using internal tools (Radarly, Prime, Sprinklr).
