Pernod Ricard España SA is seeking a six-month Program Management Intern based at our Paris headquarters (The Island) to join a global ERP transformation program. You will support governance, reporting, and PMO assets across Finance, Purchasing, Sales & Customer Management, and Operations.

You will gain exposure to governance, risk tracking, and process improvement while working with diverse stakeholders and leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Master’s program in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, ERP/SAP programs, and project management.
• Proactive, organized, and able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish are a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Jira and Power BI are a plus.
• Interest in tooling and continuous improvement to simplify processes.
• Curious about AI and automation with an appetite for using technology.

Responsabilités

• Support the preparation and follow-up of key program governance activities, including presentations, reporting materials, action tracking, and coordination with PMO stakeholders.
• Contribute to maintaining key PMO assets and governance materials, team documentation, playbooks, and shared knowledge resources.
• Help ensure accurate and up-to-date program information across core tools and documents for effective communication and decision-making.
• Support program reporting activities by helping prepare dashboards, data extracts, status updates, and materials for governance forums.
• Contribute to strengthening team enablement processes to support efficient collaboration and resource integration across the program.
• Support continuous improvement of program tools and ways of working, focusing on simplification, centralisation, usability, and adoption.
• Explore practical uses of AI, Copilot, and automation to simplify recurring activities and scale workflows.
• Promote collaboration, consistency, and knowledge sharing within the program community.
