Qualifications

Permanent Contract – M&A Analyst – Paris

Missions

As an M&A Analyst at Largillière Finance, you will actively participate in the execution of M&A mandates (disposals, fundraising, acquisitions, etc.) within a committed team, working on a daily basis alongside Managers and Partners.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Sector, financial and strategic analyses
  • Company valuation and financial modelling
  • Preparation of marketing and transaction materials used for business development and deal execution (pitch presentations, teasers, Information Memoranda, management presentations, VDD reviews, etc.)
  • Identification and approach of counterparties and investors
  • Preparation and management of datarooms

Your Profile
  • Top-tier Master’s degree (leading engineering and/or business school, or equivalent university degree)
  • Initial experience in M&A / corporate finance, Transaction Services, Private Equity, structured finance, or related fields
  • Strong technical skills (financial modelling, Microsoft Office Suite, corporate finance digital tools, etc.) and solid business understanding
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Autonomous, proactive and intellectually curious
