Finatal, a Paris-based investment team, seeks a diligent analyst to join the core deal team and support origination through to portfolio value creation. You will build robust financial models, conduct valuation work, and assist with transaction diligence and internal presentations.

You have 1–3 years in investment banking, PE, or related analytics, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a genuine interest in private equity, buyouts, and operational improvements. Office-based in Paris preferred.

Responsabilités

Finatal is partnered with a global lower mid-market private equity fund investing across Europe and North America. The firm focuses on buyouts, corporate carve-outs, special situations, and operationally driven value creation opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly active investment team and gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio value creation.

Core Responsibilities

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Outstanding academic track record.
• Based in Paris, or able to commute regularly, with the expectation of spending the majority of the week in the office.
