Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Architect in Île-de-France to lead design and governance of enterprise Microsoft 365 and AI solutions. You will collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure secure, scalable user experiences.

The role requires 7+ years in the Microsoft 365 space, strong leadership, and ability to explain complex topics; you will produce clear documentation and guide cross-functional stakeholders.

Description du poste

• Serve as the technical subject-matter expert for the Microsoft 365 and Artificial Intelligence application suite supporting Digital Workplace teams
• Design, integrate, and evolve Microsoft 365 solutions while taking security, architecture, operations, and user experience requirements into account
• Support Product Owners, project teams, and internal clients in analyzing requirements and defining technical solutions
• Contribute to the strategy and governance of Artificial Intelligence use cases, particularly those involving Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Fabric AI
• Participate in the qualification, technical validation, and production rollout phases for new services
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for engineering, operations, and support teams
• Provide expertise to support teams in resolving complex incidents and crisis situations
• Maintain an active technology watch and share knowledge to help employees develop their skills
• Define the evolution roadmaps and strategic direction for solutions, ensuring consistency across the RATP IT environment
• Advise management on the functional, technical, and financial considerations of Microsoft 365 and Artificial Intelligence solutions, including licensing models
• Contribute to defining and implementing the Group’s Artificial Intelligence strategy

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information systems architecture, cloud computing, or digital transformation
• At least 7 years of experience with the Microsoft 365 application ecosystem
• Significant experience in a technical expert, architect, or Tech Lead role
• Strong technical expertise in the Microsoft 365 application suite
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft ecosystem Artificial Intelligence solutions
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in accessible terms and produce clear documentation
• Ability to support and facilitate team upskilling
• Ability to work collaboratively, coordinate across teams, and communicate with technical, functional, and business stakeholders
• Broad perspective and ability to assess the enterprise-wide impact of technical decisions
• Ability to prepare, present, and defend decision papers before governance and steering committees
