Jobtailor in Strasbourg seeks an experienced AI Platform Architect to shape the target architecture of the AI platform and drive industrialization across all components. You will define patterns, standards, and best practices for AI, supporting agents, RAG, and API orchestration while ensuring security and governance.

The role requires deep expertise in AI architectures, MLOps, and enterprise-grade design with a focus on observability, APIs, and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in demanding technology environments.
• Experience designing robust architectures across AI platforms.
• Proficiency with Azure AI services and security tooling (Entra ID, Key Vault).

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the target architecture of the AI platform
• Complete the industrialization and ensure consistency of the various components in the AI ecosystem
• Define and document architecture standards, patterns and best practices for AI
• Design architectures around AI agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), orchestration and APIs
• Produce reference architecture documents (HLD / LLD)
• Ensure security, compliance and ethical requirements are integrated by design
• Maintain overall consistency and governance of the AI platform
• Participate in architecture committees and provide expert guidance on AI projects
• Support business and technical teams in scoping and assessing AI use cases

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in demanding technology environments
• Experience designing robust architectures
• Microsoft Azure (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Entra ID, Key Vault, Networking)
• AI / GenAI architectures, AI platforms and agent-based systems
• MLOps and observability (MLflow, Langfuse)
• Orchestration and automation (n8n or equivalent)
• APIs, service integration and distributed architectures
• IT governance, Design Authority and architecture documentation
• Cloud environments, DevOps and Agile team experience
• Enterprise architecture, information system security and compliance
