Job summary

Gameloft is seeking a Tech Lead to take technical ownership of the Gametech Innovation tools used by our game studios worldwide. You will define architecture, set quality standards, and collaborate directly with studios to deliver robust, scalable solutions in Unity and Unreal.

You will mentor developers, drive code quality, and shape build and release processes while advancing the integration of AI into our development workflow. This role offers hybrid work with remote flexibility in France.

Qualifications

• Expert in Unreal Engine or Unity with editor experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and C# programming.
• Experience building tools used by other teams.
• Advanced debugging, profiling and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and version control at scale.
• Practical use of AI in development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and technology choices for Unity/Unreal projects.
• Own technical quality through coding standards and reviews.
• Mentor developers on architecture, design decisions and code quality.
• Collaborate with studios to scope tasks, estimate effort, and flag risks early.
• Own build and release pipelines and how AI is integrated into tools and workflows.
