Job summary

Gameloft is seeking a Tech Lead for the Gametech Innovation team in Paris to take technical ownership of tools and systems used by game studios worldwide. You will define architecture across Unity and Unreal, mentor developers, and ensure high quality through robust pipelines and AI integration.

You will work closely with game programmers, technical artists and producers, driving architectural direction while collaborating with studios across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Unreal Engine and/or Unity, including editors and extensions.
• Strong in C++ and C# for building and integrating tools.
• Experience delivering tools or systems used by other teams.
• Excellent debugging, profiling and performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and technology choices across Unity and Unreal projects.
• Mentor developers on architecture, design decisions and code quality through reviews and pairing.
• Own build, release pipelines and how AI integrates into tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with studios to scope work, estimate effort and flag technical risks early.
