Gameloft is seeking a Tech Lead for the Gametech Innovation team to take technical ownership of toolchains used by game studios, covering AI integration, production pipelines, and art pipelines across Unity and Unreal.

You will define architecture, establish quality standards, and collaborate with studios to apply scalable technical solutions, while mentoring developers and guiding code quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Unreal Engine and/or Unity, including editors and extensions, and solid proficiency in C++ and C#.
• Experience building and launching tools or systems that other teams relied on.
• Advanced debugging, profiling and performance optimisation across complex systems, with ability to write clean, self-explanatory code.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, build infrastructure and version control at scale.
• Practical use of AI in real development work, both as coding assistants and as services integrated into tools.

Responsabilités

• Define architecture and technology choices across Unity and Unreal projects.
• Mentor developers on architecture, design decisions and code quality through reviews and discussions.
• Own technical quality: coding standards, code reviews, build and release pipelines, and AI integration into workflows.
• Understand studios' bottlenecks, translate them into feasible technical scopes and estimates, and flag risks early.
