Job summary

Qonto is seeking a People Data Analyst to help the People team turn HR data into clear insights and informed decisions. You will work with People Systems, HRBPs, and Finance partners to build dashboards, validate data, and deliver analysis that supports workforce planning and talent reviews.

You’ll combine hands-on analysis with HR topic understanding and will apply AI to improve reporting while ensuring data confidentiality and GDPR compliance. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Analytics or HR reporting with exposure to HR topics.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn People data into actionable insights on turnover, absenteeism, and performance.
• Build and improve dashboards and reporting with clear metric definitions.
• Support HRBPs with analyses and practical guidance for decision-making.
• Prepare datasets and inputs for headcount planning, compensation reviews, and talent reviews.
• Apply AI to analytical tasks while ensuring accuracy and data privacy.
