HEC Paris invites a seasoned Talent Development for Students and Corporate Relations Manager to join the Talents team in Jouy-en-Josas. You will coach Grande École and Masters students, help them craft professional projects, and build strategic bridges with partner companies and the alumni network.

You will monitor market trends, organize high-impact workshops, and design career offerings aligned with market needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment, consulting, HR, marketing, or business development.
Strong international exposure and ability to operate in a global environment.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
Experience with career coaching or in higher education is a plus.

Responsabilités

Provide coaching to students (Grande École & Masters) on defining their professional project and job/internship search strategies.
Develop and manage a portfolio of partner companies in France and internationally and collaborate with the HEC Alumni network.
Design and lead high-impact workshops on soft skills, career strategy, and recruitment process preparation.
Monitor market trends and co-create events, conferences, and innovative networking formats with employers.
