HEC Paris seeks an International Engagement Manager to strengthen its alumni chapters and global engagement. You will guide volunteer leaders, develop engagement initiatives, and drive strategic projects across the network in a multicultural setting.

You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, organize regional activities, and advance the Chapter Engagement Branch of the Network Commission, while traveling occasionally and working in France.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in project management, community management, stakeholder engagement or similar role.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in international environments with volunteers.
• Proficiency with multiple communication channels and AI-powered tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Valid work permit for France.

Responsabilités

• Build engagement across our chapter network (25k strong community).
• Support and develop Chapter Presidents, creating autonomous chapters and resources.
• Coordinate Regional Connectors in 8 regions and organize regional events and best practices exchanges.
• Lead strategic chapter engagement projects with volunteers and internal stakeholders.
