LumApps is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition specialist to partner with teams, post roles on multiple job boards, and source candidates via LinkedIn.

You will screen applicants, run interviews in French and English, coordinate the full recruitment process, and contribute to candidate experience while maintaining our ATS and collaborating with Marketing to boost employer branding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international or fast-growing environment.
• People-oriented, solution-focused mindset with strong emphasis on delivering a high-quality experience.
• Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with an ATS (we use Teamtailor).
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Nice to have: prior experience in a European or multi-country HR role.
• Experience working with external payroll and legal providers.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to delivering the best possible candidate experience.
• Maintain and nurture our pool of qualified talent in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Participate in or produce video content about roles or employee testimonials: interviewing people, defining and validating scripts, filming, etc.
• Propose content for publication on our internal communication platforms.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to share creative messages on our social channels to raise brand awareness and position LumApps as an employer of choice.
