Job summary

Neuralk is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to build and scale our hiring engine across technical and business roles. You will own the recruitment strategy from sourcing the rarest talent to designing structured processes, while partnering with the founders and hiring managers.

This pivotal role blends execution with strategy in a fast-moving AI startup. You will craft job descriptions, define interview loops, and lead employer branding while navigating Europe-wide hiring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a tech or deeptech environment.
• Have successfully recruited for technical roles: ML/AI, software engineering, infra, data, FDE.
• Are equally comfortable hiring business roles (Sales, Customer, DevRel).
• Skilled in advanced sourcing, market mapping, and outbound-heavy searches.
• Strong communication and writing skills - able to pitch Neuralk well.
• A structured, data-informed approach to hiring.
• Ability to build processes from scratch and iterate fast.
• High standards, low ego, and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Experience scaling an early-stage tech or deeptech team.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruiting analytics.
• Interest in AI/ML topics and ability to understand technical requirements.
• Experience hiring across Europe or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines and write sharp job descriptions; run rigorous processes.
