Parallel is deploying AI, RPA, and healthcare IT solutions. We are seeking a Field Deployment Engineer to technically lead on-site deployments, adapt our platform to real facilities, and work closely with clients to ensure successful implementation.

You will own end-to-end deployments, deeply understand facilities’ IT environments, and push for pragmatic, on-the-ground solutions while collaborating with our CTO, CEO, and engineering teams in Paris.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience.
• Strong in Node.js & TypeScript (NestJS, Express, Prisma, Postgres) and React (TanStack, Tailwind).
• You've played with LLMs and AI agents — LangChain, Hugging Face.
• You enjoy working directly with clients.
• You thrive in complex, non-standardized environments.
• You have a strong ability to quickly understand problems, take ownership, and find pragmatic solutions.

Responsabilités

• Be the technical interface between the Parallel platform and our clients.
• Technically lead end-to-end deployments by understanding each facility's IT infrastructure and constraints.
• Unblock projects by getting hands-on with the product when needed.
• Progressively define deployment standards and enable client success.

Field Deployment Engineer - Parallel

Context

Parallel is a healthcare platform deploying AI, RPA, and computer use solutions across healthcare facilities. We need someone capable of technically leading these deployments on the ground, adapting to real-world environments and the specific constraints of each facility.

Your mission

Be the technical interface between the Parallel platform and our clients. Technically lead end-to-end deployments by understanding each facility's IT infrastructure, adapt our platform to their constraints (interfaces, integrations, security, network architecture, on-prem deployments), and unblock projects by getting hands-on with the product when needed.

Outcomes

• Successful and stabilized Parallel deployments at client sites




• Technical adaptations and integrations tailored to each facility




• Rapid upskilling on our AI stacks, RPA/computer use, interoperability, and on-prem infrastructure




• Identification and resolution of technical and organizational blockers




• Clients supported through change management and able to use Parallel effectively




• Progressive definition of our deployment standards

This job is for you if:

• You have 5+ years of full-stack experience




• You're strong in Node.js & TypeScript (NestJS, Express, Prisma, Postgres) and React (TanStack, Tailwind)




• You've played with LLMs and AI agents — whether on side projects or professionally (LangChain, Hugging Face)




• You enjoy working directly with clients




• You thrive in complex, non-standardized environments




• You have a strong ability to quickly understand problems, take ownership, and find pragmatic solutions




• You're an engineer with a field/customer mindset (not a pure consultant or project manager)
