Najar is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing strategy to offer, in a fast-growing tech environment.

You'll partner with the People Director, drive a scalable TA function, and build an employer brand while attracting top talent across sales, CS, procurement, and more. Remote options are available, with on-site collaboration in Paris.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in startups or tech environments.
• Proven ability to build scalable TA processes.
• Strong collaboration with People/Business teams.
• Professional English in a growing international context.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment across functions (sales, CS, procurement, etc.).
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, and networks.
• Screen, interview, and assess with hiring managers.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
• Build and structure the TA function with KPIs and processes.
