Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe is looking for a 6-month Talent Acquisition internship starting January 2027 for Master’s students. The role involves supporting recruiters across corporate functions, sourcing, screening candidates, and coordinating employer-brand initiatives.

You will maintain recruitment records and participate in compliance tasks. Eligible candidates are pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, are fluent in English and French, and have strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau).

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree (first or second year) in Human Resources at a school or university.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent Excel skills required.
• Comfortable using data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Enjoys data analysis and working with datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with hiring across corporate functions, including sourcing and screening.
• Publish job postings and build talent pools; monitor candidate experience.
• Coordinate employer-brand initiatives and events.
• Maintain recruitment documentation, reporting and compliance records.
