Acne Studios in Paris is seeking a PR Intern to support the PR team for a 4-month internship from late January. You will assist the PR Manager, handle press samples, monitor media activity, and help with events and showroom meetings.

Ideal candidates are passionate about fashion, detail oriented, and able to work in a dynamic, international environment. Fluency in English is required, and an EU passport or visa for France is needed for the full duration.

Responsabilités

• Assisting PR Manager in daily missions.
• Follow activity related to press samples and collections.
• Analyse and report on press activity and its impacts.
• Attend meetings in the showroom and organize events.
• Support activations for press and celebrities (gifting, dressing for events).
• Coordinate with dedicated markets and respond to requests for visuals and credit notes.
• Assist with inventories and referencing of collections.

As PR Intern at our Paris Office you will support the PR team during a 4 months internship from end of January.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assisting PR Manager in their daily missions
• Following the activity related to press samples and collections (e.g.: shipments, returns, tracking...)
• Carrying out analyses and reporting on press activity and its impacts (e.g. media monitoring)
• Participating in the organization and attend meetings in the showroom
• Supporting the team in the deployment of activations for the press and celebrities (e.g.: gifting, dressing for events...)
• Ensuring communication on dedicated markets (e.g. processing requests, sending visuals and responding to credit requests for magazines)
• Participating in the organization of events (e.g.: fashion shows, press day, press sale...)
• Participating in inventories and referencing of collections
