Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• 5–8 years managing LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
• Solid knowledge of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience with routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and network security.

Responsibilities

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (Pre-sales).
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls and educate customers on features and integration.
• Converse on networking applications and solutions with clients.
• Provide post-sales training and support to identified customers.
