Qualifications

• University degree, preferably postgraduate, in transport engineering, civil engineering, transport planning, infrastructure engineering, or logistics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to draft high-quality documents and reports in a culturally sensitive context.
• Strong knowledge of the transport sector, preferably contextualised to Papua New Guinea and the Pacific region.
• Willingness to travel internationally and locally, including to remote areas.
