MSCI Inc. is seeking a Sustainability & Climate Sales Specialist to drive growth across France, Belgium and Luxembourg by generating new business and building trusted relationships with institutional clients.

You will engage banks, insurers and asset managers, align their priorities with MSCI’s capabilities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver client value and help MSCI meet its commercial goals.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in results-oriented, target-driven sales organizations.
• Experience with sustainability and climate topics including risk management and strategy.
• Experience advising or working with financial institutions such as asset managers, banks or insurers.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve revenue, renewal and profitability goals.
• Build and strengthen commercial relationships with existing clients.
• Identify, pursue and develop new business and cross-sell opportunities.
• Engage clients to understand priorities and connect them with Sustainability & Climate capabilities.
• Develop a strong pipeline and maintain accurate revenue forecasts.
• Expand your network and represent MSCI at industry events.
• Collaborate across teams to identify opportunities across client segments.
• Share market insights with Marketing and Product teams.
• Contribute to sales and client-support materials.
• Monitor and manage client satisfaction and retention.
