• Graduate of accredited nursing program; RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; must be obtained within 3 years of hire date.
• Minimum of three (3) years of recent clinical experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist in selection, training, orienting, developing and evaluating nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and state guidelines.
• Maintain operational reports and collect data for administrative purposes.
• Coordinate nursing activities with the patient care team.
