Job summary

Scaleway is looking for a skilled Supply Chain professional to own a designated supplier portfolio across Europe and Asia, ensuring production needs are met from order placement to delivery. You will develop and track key reports and dashboards (OTD, transport costs, inventory analysis), provide accurate supplier forecasts, and maintain ERP master data to support scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Experience as a Supply Office or Planner in industrial/technical settings.
• Proven expertise in supply chain, MRP and supplier forecasting.
• Hands-on ERP experience and proficiency with Excel/Sheets/Jira/Confluence/BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a designated supplier portfolio in Europe and Asia.
• Develop and track supply chain reporting tools and dashboards (OTD, transport costs, inventory analysis).
• Provide accurate supplier forecasts to the Procurement team.
• Perform inventory analysis, including setting and adjusting safety stocks and reorder points.
• Maintain and update master data in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks.
